THE NEED

CauseIMPACTS was hired to develop a regional strategy for serving the needs of the justice-involved population in Ventura County.  

CAUSEIMPACTS' SOLUTION

The scope of work included facilitating collaboration across the County by building connections between the private, CBO, and public sectors in order to provide seamless services to the justice-involved population and meaningful employment. CauseIMPACTS is expected to identify partners, conduct outreach, facilitate partner meetings, build collaboration with relevant and experienced stakeholders, and develop a regional plan for service delivery.
